Our premium Canadian Organic Wild Rice comes from Canada's pristine northern lakes. It is certified organic, wild harvested, and has a jumbo grain that is 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch long. Wild rice is often served as a healthy side dish or used as a major ingredient in salads and entrees. Canadian wild rice expands 3 to 4 times when cooked. Use 1.5 cups, about 1/3 pound, of uncooked wild rice to make 4 generous portions. Bagged selections come in resealable poly bags for easy storage.
